Introducing Praxis Alpha R/C Traction Compound for 1/12th scale foam and 1/10th scale rubber radio controlled car tyres!

Praxis Alpha has been formulated by our expert scientists to provide ultimate performance without compromising on safety. The non-hazardous & odourless composition delivers immense traction to help ensure you finish ahead of the pack.

We recommend applying Praxis Alpha to the tyres using the included handy Praxis Applicator Brush.

  • BRCA Approved

1.Apply to the Rear Tyres

  • Apply a layer of Praxis Alpha to the whole surface of the rear tyres using a brush (we recommend the handy Praxis Application Brush).
  • Leave to absorb for ~20-40 minutes. The longer the application time the softer the tyre will become, giving more rear grip.
  • Wipe off thoroughly using kitchen towel a few minutes before hitting the track.

2.Apply to the Front Tyres

  • Apply to the inside edge of the front tyres using the brush. Vary the coverage and time (~1-10 minutes) depending on the track conditions.
  • If the track grip is high and more steering is required, apply to a larger percentage of the inside of the front tyre, and vice-versa. The application time can also be varied to give a similar effect.
  • Wipe off thoroughly using kitchen towel a few minutes before hitting the track.

Tips

  • It’s important that the tyres are fully dried to ensure consistent grip throughout the race.
  • If the track grip is very low, the following can help to make the car easier to drive:
Use less additive on the front tyres to reduce the front steering response until the track grip improves in later rounds.
  • «Double dip» the rear tyres half way through the application time to increase the rear stability.
